A2S WARRANTY STATEMENT

The A2S warranty protects A2S products against defects for a period of 5 years.

Cover Summary

  • The A2S warranty covers component or manufacturing defects
  • Full technical support is provided, including field assistance
  • The repair will be undertaken at A2S headquarters or at other partners, if applicable.
  • Replacement parts or products may be new or refurbished and will meet or exceed the specifications of the original parts or products.
  • The repair or replacement of a defective product during the warranty period remains at the discretion of A2S.
  • Proof of purchase may be required

Exclusions

The products detailed below are not included in A2S's standard 5 year warranty, but are still covered for an alternative period under the same terms and conditions;

  • Power supplies are covered by a 3-year warranty.
  • The BKF and BKG air conditioning unit product ranges are covered by a 3-year warranty.

The defects detailed below are not covered under the A2S warranty;

  • Under normal use conditions
  • Misuse
  • Damage due to improper handling
  • Damage during transport
  • Operation or storage outside environmental specifications
  • Operation outside the permitted voltage/frequency range
  • Batteries
  • Lightning strikes and transient voltages

Limitation of Liability

Except for the commitments described above, A2S will not be liable for any direct or indirect, special, incidental, consequential or other damages.

This is a limited warranty that excludes, among other things, installation, access to the products (scaffolding, elevators, etc.) and special, incidental and consequential damages (such as loss of income/benefits, property damage or other extended costs not previously mentioned), and is further defined by the limitations and conditions reflected in A2S's general conditions of sale.
